A RESOLUTION 2025-08 DIRECTOR COMPENSATION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, the District has adopted bylaws providing compensation to directors for each month during which they attend a meeting; and

WHEREAS, the District  bylaws call for each board member to receive $30.00 (thirty dollars and zero cents) for each month they actually attend a meeting; and

WHEREAS, during fiscal year 2025, the various directors attended the number of meetings listed below.
