RESOLUTION 2025-06 WEED MITIGATION & TANK MAINTENANCE
A RESOLUTION FOR WEED MITIGATION & TANK MAINTENANCE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, the District has the responsibility to maintain the property it owns; and
WHEREAS, Michael Bushey, a resident of the District, performed the necessary work needed on the Tank lot so repairs could be performed easily and the property maintained; and
WHEREAS, hiring a private company had proven to be expensive and unattainable currently; and
WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a monthly water credit in the amount of $60.00 ( sixty dollars and zero cents).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a water credit to the Bushey district water account for $60.00 (sixty dollars and no cents).
