A RESOLUTION FOR WEED MITIGATION ,TANK MAINTENANCE AND SEWER LOT WEED EATING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, the District has the responsibility to maintain the property it owns; and
WHEREAS, Cyndie and Gary Winchell, residents of the District, performed the necessary work needed on the Tank lot and Sewer lot so repairs could be performed easily and the property maintained; and
WHEREAS, hiring a private company had proven to be expensive and unattainable currently; and
WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a monthly water credit in the amount of $120.00( one hundred and twenty dollars and zero cents).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a water credit to the Winchell district water account for $120.00 (one hundred twenty dollars and no cents).
