A RESOLUTION 2025-07 FOR CARROLL WELL HOUSE LAWN MAINTENANCE COMPENSATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, the District has the responsibility of maintaining the property, and
WHEREAS, Tom Carroll, a district resident, has been responsible for irrigating, mowing and trimming of the District’s well house property; and
WHEREAS, hiring a private company for such maintenance would cost the District significant money ; and
WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a water credit in the amount of $300.00 to the Carroll account for excellent maintenance of the District property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a payment to the Tom and Mary Carroll water district account in the amount of $300.00 (three hundred dollars and zero cents).
