A RESOLUTION FOR WELL HOUSE LAWN MAINTENANCE COMPENSATION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, over the past several years, Tom Carroll, a District resident, has been responsible for the irrigating, mowing and trimming of the Districts’s well house property; and

WHEREAS, hiring a private company would cost the District significant money; and

WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a water credit in the amount of $300.00 (three hundred dollars and 00 cents) to the Carroll water account for excellent maintenance of the District property.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize a credit to the Tom Carroll water district account in the amount of $300.00 (three hundred dollars and 00 cents).
