A RESOLUTION FOR WEED MITIGATION OF THE DISTRICT BOOSTER STATION PROPERTY…

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, The District has the responsibility to maintain the property it owns, and

WHEREAS, Meggan Quigley, a District resident had done weed mitigation of the Districts Booster property, and

WHEREAS, hiring a private company has proven to be expensive and unattainable currently, and

WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a monthly water credit in the amount of $60.00(sixty dollars and 00 cents) for service performed on the property.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a water credit to the Quigley district water account of $60.00 (sixty dollars and 00 cents).
