A RESOLUTION FOR THE SEWER ALARM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, the District has the responsibility to maintain the property and equipment it owns to ensure the safety of its homeowners and their property; and

WHEREAS, the District found the alarm on it’s sewer property was no longer functioning properly; and

WHEREAS, the District had no contract in force for the maintenance of the alarm and finding someone to remove and replace the alarm was unavailable, Gary Winchell, a District resident, was able to remove and replace the repaired alarm; and

WHEREAS, it was not possible to find a contractor to perform the necessary work, it seems appropriate to provide a month’s water credit in the amount of $60.00 (Sixty dollars and 00 cents) to the Winchell water district account.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize the water credit applied to the Winchell water account.
