A RESOLUTION FOR BOND COUNSEL PAYMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, The District has hired GreatWest Engineering to apply for and manage the ARPA (American Plan Rescue Act) grant, the award received may not be sufficient to fully fund the district project upgrade; and

WHEREAS, the District has applied for and will receive a loan through the SRF (State Revolving Fund) through the DNRC (Department of Natural Resources and Conservation) for the amount of $50,000.00 (fifty thousand dollars and 00 cents) a Water Service Revenue Bond has been created; and

WHEREAS, the District has hired the Dorsey & Whitney LLP to prepare the Series 2022 Water Revenue Bond, it is necessary to authorize payment for this service in the amount of $6,500.00 (six thousand five hundred dollars and 00 cents).

 

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize payment to Dorsey & Whitney for $6,500.00 (six thousand five hundred dollars and 00 cents,
