A RESOLUTION FOR DEPOSIT TO THE DEBT RESERVE ACCOUNT…

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, The District has applied for and will receive a loan from The SRF (State Revolving Fund) / DNRC (Department of Natural Resources and Conservation), and

WHEREAS, a Series 2022 Bond has been created for said loan, a deposit of $434.00 ( four hundred thirty four dollars and 00 cents) shall be deposited into the Districts Debt reserve account as required by SRF(State Revolving Fund) to be held until loan is paid in full.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District approves the deposit of $434.00 (four hundred thirty four dollars and 00 cents) to the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer Districts Debt Reserve account .
