A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PROJECT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH TRENCHLESS SOULTIONS..

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and the District is responsible for the maintenance of its infrastructure and health and safety of its owners, and

WHEREAS, GreatWest engineering was hired to evaluate the system and recommend funding and improvement solutions, and

WHEREAS, the District secured funding through ARPA and The Montana State Revolving Fund to proceed with necessary improvements, and 

WHEREAS, Trenchless Solutions of Missoula, Montana submitted the selected bid, and 

WHEREAS,  the District must enter into an agreement between Owner and Contractor for Construction to begin.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District Board of Directors approves entering into an agreement/contract with Trenchless Solutions for the necessary improvements.
