A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR FUNDS FROM THE ARPA ( AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT ) GRANT PROGRAM

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, the District has contracted Great West Engineering to apply for and aid in the management of awarded grant funding through the ARPA ( AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT ); and

WHEREAS, in order to receive the grant funding awarded, the District must comply with all ARPA and DNRC procedures; and

WHEREAS, in order to be reimbursed for expenses by ARPA, the appropriate draw documents must be submitted; and 

WHEREAS, the expenses identified in the ARPA Request for Funds Vendor Invoice are accurate and reasonable,  they have been approved by the Board of Directors.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District approves submitting ARPA Drawdown Request Number 3 for $2,119.44 ( two thousand one hundred nineteen dollars and forty four cents) and authorizes the board to submit any and all documentation required.
