Meeting Minutes

September 22nd, 2022 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call: Meggan, Cyndie, Michael, Dusty, Paula

Approval of Minutes: Cyndie made a motion to approve the minutes as posted on the website, Meggan seconded, motion carried & minutes approved.

Financial Information:  Meggan read the financial report for August.  Paula made a motion to approve, Michael seconded and motion carried, minutes approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:

  • Project update- Credentials for contractors were determined acceptable.  They are gathering bond information, subcontractors and materials.  Line replacement expected to happen in the fall, well lot building completed in the spring.  Dusty got permission from the Dennys to park a drilling rig on their property for drilling the line.  Loan approval was received by the state.
  • The board discussed a resolution motion to approve the second ARPA draw for the project.  Paula made a motion to approve, Meggan seconded, motion carried and draw approved.

New Business:

  • Board discussed using ARPA grant money for meter replacement.  Cyndie will research the possibility and report back.
  • Sign duty:  Meggan
