A resolution Amending the District’s Bylaws
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, it is important that The District have a clear set of policies and procedures governing its actions and accountabilities; and
WHEREAS, the District adopted a set of bylaws on August 3, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the District amended those bylaws on August 15, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the District amended those bylaws on March 7, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the District amended those bylaws on September 7, 2013; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with those bylaws, the bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting of the board of directors.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District hereby amends the bylaws to be those identified as “Bylaws of Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District” dated June 30th, 2014.
