Board Meeting

Roll Call: Attendee’s were Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Paula Niccum, Mike Huber,

and Tom Walter

Approval of the minutes:

• The minutes were approved. Cyndie Winchell made motion to accept and Mike

Huber seconded. Everyone Agreed.

Financial Information:

• The financial statement was offered to the board by Mike Lilley. Mike Huber

made motion to accept and Cyndie Winchell seconded. Everyone agree.

Public Input:

• There was no public input offered.

Old Business:

• Mike Lilley discussed the Budget for this coming year.

New Business

• It was decided that the board would increase pay for both Donna and Brian as

both are doing a very satisfactory job over all and because it has been several year

since their last raises.

• Tank Cleaning—Mike Lilley advised the board that the water storage tank may be

cleaned within the next couple of months.
