A resolution authorizing renewal of contracts with the District’s service providers.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and
WHEREAS, the District has been utilizing the services of Brian Hensel as the District’s Water Operator; and
WHEREAS, the District has been utilizing the services of Donna Hollensteiner as the District’s Meter Reader and Billing Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the District wishes to continue those relationships without interruption; and
WHEREAS, the Donna Hollensteiner has been paid at the same rate since 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the District believe that an increase in Donna Hollensteiner’s compensation is warranted by the diligence she has shown.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District renew the contracts of both Donna Hollensteiner and Brian Hensel, at the same time increasing Donna Hollensteiner’s hourly rate by one dollar per hour, contingent on both principals signing updated contracts.
