A resolution approving an understanding with homeowners in the district
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District has been working with the homeowners at 4949 Old Marshall Grade Road to address concerns with the portions of the water system across their property; and
WHEREAS, the homeowners have been most cooperative in addressing concerns which benefit the community as a whole; and
WHEREAS, the costs incurred by the homeowners were substantial, and incurred in some part due to advice from a previous water system operator; and
WHEREAS, the board concurs that it would be fair to compensate the homeowner for a portion of the costs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District approves signing the attached memorandum of understanding, and delivering a credit to the affected homeowners as stated therein.
