A resolution approving A CONTRACT WITH the treasure state endowment program (TSEP)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District has been awarded grant funding from two state agencies; and
WHEREAS, in order to receive the grant funding awarded, the District must complete the TSEP startup conditions; and
WHEREAS, a variety of documentation is required to meet TSEP startup conditions ; and
WHEREAS, in particular, that documentation includes signing a contract with TSEP.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District approves entering a contract with TSEP, and authorizes the board to submit any and all documentation required to complete TSEP startup conditions.
