A resolution establishing the policy and conduct of filling open positions within the district’s operations
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District will from time to time be required to engage personnel to fulfill contracts with the District; and
WHEREAS, the District may be required to engage personnel at times which do not conveniently coincide with District scheduled meetings; and
WHEREAS, the District needs guidelines and policies under which such activities will take place.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District adopt the Job Opening policy as defined in that document dated November 1, 2007, and the Job Descriptions as defined in the documents dated October 12, 2007.
