RESOLUTION OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY
WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT, MONTANA, CONFIRMING
CANVASS OF VOTES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the District as follows:
Section 1. Recitals.
1.01 An election was conducted on June 26, 2007, within the Sunny Meadows Missoula
County Water and Sewer District, Montana (the “District”) by the Missoula County Election
Administrator pursuant to a mail ballot election for the purpose of determining whether the
District should be authorized to issue water system revenue bonds in the amount of up to
$250,000 payable over a term of no more than 20 years (the “Bonds”), all pursuant to a
resolution of the District approved by the District Board on April 19, 2007.
1.02. A canvass of the election conducted on June 26, 2007, by the judges of the election
appointed by the Board of County Commissioners of Missoula County and a report prepared by
Missoula County officials concluded that the issuance of the Bonds had been authorized by the
electors in the District in that of the 119 mail election ballots entitled to be cast, 90 mail election
ballots were duly and validly cast, with 90 persons voting in favor of the issuance of the Bonds
and 0 persons voting against, with those voting constituting approximately 75% of the eligible
electors in the District and those voting in favor of the proposition being 100% of the total votes
cast, all in accordance with Section 7-13-2328, M.C.A.
Section 2. Confirmation of Canvass. The Board has reviewed the Canvass of Votes Cast
at the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District Election Held in Missoula
County on June 26, 2007, and the Reconciliation related thereto as conducted and signed by the
Missoula County Board of Commissioners and the County Election Administrator on
_______________, 2007. The Board hereby confirms and approves the canvass proceedings and
deems them valid, binding and in full force and effect as if the District Board had conducted the
canvass.
