A resolution ADOPTING WATER USE RESTRICTIONS FOR 2007
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District has a limited capacity to deliver water to its users; and
WHEREAS, the District must endeavor at all times to maintain a safe supply of water to its users; and
WHEREAS, the District has historically had water outages when watering restrictions are not in place during the summer months; and
WHEREAS, water outages can lead directly to health and safety issues for all District residents.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District adopt the watering restrictions policy as defined in the notice to users dated June 29, 2007.
