A resolution Authorizing transfer of district funds
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District has named Missoula County as its depositary; and
WHEREAS, the District has substantial funds held at Two Rivers Bank; and
WHEREAS, the District needs to maintain strict controls over its funds and expenditures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize all steps required to transfer the funds deposited at Two Rivers to Missoula County.
