A resolution Authorizing discussion of contract terms
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District has been using Josie Parrish and Brian Hensel to conduct the operations of the water and septic systems run by the District; and
WHEREAS, the District has been continuing the contract originally signed by the HOA; and
WHEREAS, the District is satisfied with the performance and conduct of both Josie and Brian; and
WHEREAS, the District needs to have those contract operations performed under a contract with the District, rather than with the HOA.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize the contract committee to discuss terms for retaining both Brian Hensel and Josie Parrish in their current roles.
