RESOLUTION NUMBER: 2006-9
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE DISTRICT’S BYLAWS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7,
Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and
WHEREAS, it is important that The District have a clear set of policies and procedures governing its
actions and accountabilities; and
WHEREAS, all actions by the Board of Directors of the District must be by ordinance or resolution.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District adopts the bylaws identified as “Bylaws of
Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District” dated on August 3rd, 2006.
