RESOLUTION NUMBER: 2006-6
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE DISTRICT’S SECRETARY/CLERK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7,
Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to 7-13-2277 (1) M.C.A, the board of directors is required to name a secretary
as soon as practicable, and none of the directors or their relatives may hold the office of auditor; and
WHEREAS, Joan Kuehn has volunteered to fill the position of Secretary/Clerk; and keep the minutes
for the District’s board meetings.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District names Joan Kuehn as the District’s
Secretary/Clerk pursuant to 7-13-2277 and 2278.
