A RESOLUTION 2026-04 District Locating for Phillips 66 Project
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, The District is responsible to provide locating servcices to projects located within the District boundaries;
WHEREAS, the District has obtained the services of a seasoned locater who resides within the District who is willing to accept a 5 month water credit for services provided
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a 5 (five) month water credit for $300.00 ( three hundred dollars and zero cents) be applied to the Steve and Siobhan Williams water account.
