A RESOLUTION 2024-12 FOR ARPA DRAW #17
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, The District has contracted Great West Engineering to apply for and aid in the management of awarded grant funding through the ARPA (American Rescue Fund Act) disbursements; and
WHEREAS, in order to receive the grant funding awarded, the District must comply with all ARPA and DNRC procedures; and
WHEREAS, in order to be reimbursed for expenses by ARPA, the appropriate draw documents must be submitted; and
WHEREAS, the expenses identified in the ARPA Draw#17 documents are accurate and reasonable, they have been approved for submittal by the District Board of Directors.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District approves submitting ARPA Draw request #17 for payment of Garden City Plumbing and Heating invoice 92728 for $502.00 (five hundred two dollars and zero cents); Garden City Plumbing and Heating invoice 92729 for $502.00 (five hundred two dollars and zero cents); Great West Engineering invoice 34253 for $29oo.50 (two thousand nine hundred dollars and fifty cents); Great West Engineering invoice 34393 for $2,254.70 (two thousand two hundred fifty four dollars and seventy cents) and authorizes the District to submit any and all documentation required.
