A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR FUNDS FROM THE ARPA (AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT) DRAW #6 AND WRF/SRF (STATE REVOLVING FUND) DISPURSEMENT #3
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, The District has contacted GreatWest Engineering to apply for and aid in the management of awarded grant funding through the ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) and also the WRF/SFR (State Revolving Fund)dispursements; and
WHEREAS, in order to receive the grant funding awarded and loan proceeds, the District must comply with all ARPA and DNRC procedures; and
WHEREAS, in order to be reimbursed for expenses by ARPA and WRF/SRF, the appropriate draw documents must be submitted; and
WHEREAS, the expenses identified in the ARPA Draw#6 and WRF/SRF Dispursement #3 are accurate and reasonable, they have been approved by the Board of Directors.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District Board approves submitting ARPA Draw Request Number 6 for payment of GreatWest invoice #28867 for $1,240.75 (one thousand two hundred forty dollars and seventy five cents; Trenchless Contractor payment#1 for $79,445.65 (seventy nine thousand four hundred forty five dollars and sixty five cents; Fergeson Waterworks invoices 0839732 for $10,440.00 (ten thousand four hundred forty dollars and no cents), #0848455 for $36.70( thirty six dollars and seventy cents), #0839732-1 for $3,930.15 (three thousand nine hundred thirty dollars and fifteen cents), #0839732-2 for $1,488.00 (one thousand four hundred eighty eight dollars and no cents); WRF/SRF Disbursement #3 to GreatWest Invoices #28867 for $479.00 (four hundred dollars and no cents), #29305 for $20,542.66 (twenty thousand five hundred forty two dollars and sixty six cents) and authorizes the District to submit any and all documentation required.
