A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR FUNDS FROM THE ARPA (AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT) GRANT PROGRAM and reimbursement from SRF (State Revolving Fund) Disbursement #2, DNRC Vendor Invoice..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, the District has contracted GreatWest Engineering to apply for and aid in the management of awarded grant funding through the ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) and also the SRF(State Revolving Fund) Disbursements; and
WHEREAS, in order to receive the grant funding awarded and loan proceeds, the District must comply with all ARPA and DNRC procedures; and
WHEREAS, in order to be reimbursed for expenses by ARPA and SRF the appropriate draw documents must be summitted; and
WHEREAS, the expenses identified in the ARPA Draw #5 are accurate and reasonable, they have been approved by the board of Directors.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board approves submitting ARPA Drawdown Request Number 5 for payment of GreatWest invoice #28169 for $4,493.05( four thousand four hundred ninty three dollars ans five cents)and GreatWest nvoice # 27764 for $1,836.00 (one thousand eight hundred thirty six dollars) and authorizes the District to submit any and all documentation required.
