A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMPENSATION FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, the District has adopted bylaws providing compensation of directors for each month during which they attended a meeting; and
WHEREAS, the District’s bylaws call for each board member to receive $30.00 (thirty dollars and 00 cents) for each month during which they actually attended a meeting; and
WHEREAS, during fiscal year 2022, the various directors attended the number of meetings listed below.
