A RESOLUTION FOR DONATION TO THE EMFD…

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, the District holds its meetings on the last Thursday of each month; and

WHEREAS,  the District holds its meetings at the East Missoula Fire Department using its meeting room; and

WHEREAS, the East Missoula Fire Department is flexible in allowing extra meetings as needed;  and

WHEREAS, renting an alternative location to hold its meeting would be substantially more costly to the District; and

WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to make a contribution to the East Missoula for allowing the District the use its facilities; and 

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a donation to the East Missoula Fire Department in the amount of $350.00 (three hundred fifty dollars and 00 cents)
