Resolution 2020-06 Director Compensation
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMPENSATION FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, the District has adopted bylaws providing for compensation of directors for each month during which they attended a meeting; and
WHEREAS, the District’s bylaws call for each board member to receive $30 for each month during which they actually attended a meeting;
WHEREAS, during fiscal year 2020, the various directors attended the number of meetings as listed below:
