Meeting Minutes

October 8th, 2020 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Dusty Deschamps, Michael Bushey, Paula Niccum.  Attendance sheet filled in by Paula to avoid sharing pens due to Covid.

Approval of Minutes:   Minutes were reviewed and edits determined.  Edits made, minutes approved.

Financial Information:   None.

Public Input: None.  

Old Business:    None.

File organization in storage shed  (on hold)

Booster tank area housekeeping (on hold)

Cyndie, Paula and Andy went to visit with neighbors with sewer manholes in their yards prior to maintenance work being done to bring the manholecovers up tp grade so they will be accessible for repair access.

New Business:

The easment needed to complete service line repairs to the homes on Old Marshall Grade Road has been agreed to and secured.

The board is in the process of securing financing to do the system maintenance items on the water and sewer lines.

Director Compensation- Paula will count attendance for the year and report on Board member compensation.

A resolution to make a donation to the fire station for use of their building for meetings will be discussed next month.

Andy was able to negotiate with the excavators who performed the water line repairs for a reduction of charges for the work in the amount of 597.60.

Budget projections for 2020 are in the works.
