A RESOLUTION …

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS,  Janet Lilley, as the accountant/bookkeeper of the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District went above and beyond the normal duties of an accountant/bookkeeper 

WHEREAS, Janet did considerable work for the District at it’s inception, created all of the financial forms and reports. 

 WHEREAS, Janet contributed her personal time and knowledge to keep the District records accurate and consistent in accordance with the county standards. 

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District wishes to compensate Janet Lilley for her time and expertise in the amount of $300.00 (three hundred dollars).
