Meeting Minutes

February 13th, 2020 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Barb Powell, Cyndie Winchell, Dusty Deschamps, Meggan Quiggley, Paula Niccum

Approval of Minutes:  Dusty made a motion to approve the minutes as posted on the site, Cyndie seconded, motion carried, minutes approved.

Financial Information:  December Financial report ready by Cyndie.  Motion made to approve by aula, seconded by Meggan, motion carried & financial report approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:  2 new meters were purchased so the district has spares.  

Status of the bad readings on meters: McMurray house is fine, Sorenson meter still needs re-wiring, Reader is at Freer’s, their re-wiring in progress, Fontaine meter needs re-wiring.  

*Red and black wires need to connect to the button and the green one should not be used.

• Emailed Mike Lilley waiting to hear back on website: Mike was contacted to ask him to work with Michael Bushey on the website.  Michael is a candidate for the board.  Mike has responded and will help.

New Business:  Cyndie thought it would be a good idea to send Janet Lilley a gift of appreciation for all she has done to help out the district.  a $300 gift was agreed upon.  Dusty moved, Barb seconded, motion passed
