A RESOLUTION …

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, Ray Powell, a District resident, made repairs to  a donated storage shed situated on the Well House property,

WHEREAS, Ray Powell also cut down the vegetation growing in the middle of the roadway to the water tank prior to repairs being implemented,

WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a water credit in the amount of $60.00 to the Powell account for the moving of the shed,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a payment to the Powell water district account in the amount of $60.00 (sixty dollars).
