Meeting Minutes

August 7th, 2019 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Cyndie Winchell, Barb Powell, Paula Niccum

Approval of Minutes:  Motion by Barb, seconded by Cyndie, motion carried & minutes approved.

Financial Information:  Nothing from the county to be read this month.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:  

The divers have cleaned the tank.  

Caulking the tank is underway.  

Electrical work should begin next week.

Skirting was installed on the new shed by Ray Powell.  Some existing system locks were re-keyed to match the other padlocks in the system and will be used on the shed.  The board painted the shed with donated paint.  Board members are going to coordinate a day to move water district & system paperwork from the tank house on the hill to the shed on the well lot.  

Ray Powell weed whacked the weeds inside the fence at the tank house on the hill.

New Business:  Julissa accepted the offer to replace Janet as out bookkeeper.  The board agreed to pay her Janet’s rate including 1/2 month for August beginning August 15.  The board will request she submit a contract proposal so the board can review it at the next meeting.  Janet will be paid her hourly rate for the time it takes to train Julissa.

Paula made a motion to issue a bill credit to Ray Powell for work on the shed and water tank house weeds.  Motion seconded by Cyndie, passed.

Gary and Cyndie Winchell went to the McMurray house to check on the button and the meters again.  All system equipment is working properly.
