A RESOLUTION …

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, the District has the responsibility of maintaining the property it owns,

WHEREAS, Steve Postma, a District resident, has donated a storage shed to sit on the Well House property,

WHEREAS, the storage shed will give the District a secure place to store items needed for the maintenance of the wells,

WHEREAS, the actual well house will then be a safe environment to work in,

WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a water credit in the amount of $60.00 to the Postma account for the donation,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a payment to the Postma’s water district account in the amount of $60.00 (sixty dollars).
