Roll call:
Cyndie Winchell, Kari Wafsted, Barb Powell, Dusty Deschamps, Paula Niccum.
Approval of minutes:
A motion was made by Dusty to approve minutes as posted on website, seconded by Barb, motion carried, minutes approved.
Financial Information:
Financials were read by Barb, a motion to approve made by Kari, seconded by Dusty, motion carried & financials approved.

Old Business:
A motion was made to approve Resolution 2017-04. The motion is a gesture of appreciation and honorarium to Mike Lilley for $500.00 to recognize the many hours of work and research to help establish the water system. Motion made by Kari, seconded by Dusty, motion carried, resolution passed.
Repairs were completed in the well house. 3 valves were replaced, new line into well house, new chlorinator and new meter. Board is still exploring some kind of valve covers.
A system leak detection was done recently, isolation thought to be in upper area. Booster pumps thought to be a possible source. Getting suggestions from DEQ, they were contacted by Brian Hensel. The DEQ offered to loan us any equipment they have available to detect the leak source. Brian wants to meet with us soon about this. Board established meeting time with Brian for Tuesday next week.
District reinsurance was completed by Barb.
New business:
Discussion of potential sewer disconnect/water hook-up on Burns property.
Discussion with County Health Department and County attorney regarding Burns property.
A motion made by Dusty to mail a letter to Ray Burns that he will need to notify the board if he intends to disconnect from the sewer system, so that we can determine that disconnection is performed properly.
Barb suggested posting newer information that is pertinent on the website so it looks current. Everyone agreed.
