A RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, Mike Lilley, as a director of the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District went above and beyond the normal duties of a director and
WHEREAS, Mike spent many extra hours securing funding for capital improvements to the water system by assisting in the grant writing process with Montana DNRC and coordinating and securing the low interest loan from the State Revolving Fund. Mike also supervised the engineering and construction of the District improvement project to its completion. Our new pumps in the well house came to the District compliments of the EPA due to the work Mike did to hold the government responsible for replacement.
WHEREAS, Mike also contributed his personal time and knowledge to create a website for the District, the value of which would have been beyond our financial ability in the marketplace. This has enabled us to keep our members informed and provides transparency as a government agency. In addition, he trained current board members on its use and maintenance and continues to be a source of reference.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District wishes to compensate Mike Lilley for his time and expertise in the amount of $500.00 (five hundred dollars).
