Roll Call: Dusty Deschamps, Kari Wafstet, Paula Niccum, Cyndie Winchell, Barb Powell.
Minutes: A motion was made, seconded and carried to approve the minutes as they were posted on the website.
Financials: Financial report for May was read. Motion to approve made by Paula. Seconded by Kari, Motion crried, financial reports approved.

Old Business:
- Fencing the sewer lot- One estimate received, one reequested but not supplies, more will be requested. Dusty wil investigate the need for fencing and report at August meeting.
- A motion to compensate Tom Carroll in the form of a $200 credit for maintaining the pump house lot and $100 credit tocompensate Mike Huber fo meeting signage and mowing the pump house lot on the hill was made by Dusty, seconded by Kari. Motion carried, credits approved.
- Barb will look into the insurance renewal and report at August meeting. Renewal notices should show up in April.
- Budget spreadsheet from Mike Lilley- Barb is working on learning Mike’s system.
New Business
Welcome Dusty Deschamps to the board to replace Mike Lilley. There will be a resolution to make Dusty offical on the water board, Barb will address.
Meters- Hilderman’s meter is reading low. Cyndie called him, he will investigate.
We need to get more new meters. Cyndie will set up an account with a vendor.
Harrison’s outside meter died, we provided hi with a new one and he will do the replacement. Adam will read the meter and report.
Cyndie will contact the Greenes about their outside meter, it showed no change at last reading.
