Roll Call: Cyndie Winchell, Barb Powell, Paula Niccum.
Approval of Minutes: Motion made by Barb to approve the minutes as posted on the website. Seconded by Cyndie, motion passed.
Financial Information: October financials received by county and read by Barb. Motion made to approve by Cyndie, seconded by Paula, motion pased.
November financials received by county and read by Barb. Motion made by Cyndie, seconded by Paula, motion passed.
Public Input: New resident Doug Byrne came to the meeting and was given an introduction and basic overview of the system.
Old Business: Audit submitted to state by Barb. Letter received by Barb acknowledging audit was correct.
Recognition of service to be discussed next month.
New Business: Repairs need to be made in the well pump house. Valves on one pump failed, water spraying inside well house, burned up the meter on one pump discharge. Replacement discussed, approved and ordered. Hardware not receivved yet. Brian will supervise replacement fo parts required.
