Approval of Minutes: A motion to approve minutes as posted on website was made by Kari, Seconded by Barb, motion passed, minutes approved.
Financial Information: Report from the county for August were read. A motion was made to approve by Cyndie, seconded by Kari, motion passed, financials approved. Report from the county for September were read. A motion was made to approve by Paula, seconded by Kari, motion passed, financials approved.

Old Business
Second reading of ordinance.
Cyndie made a motion to vote on the resolution to make bond payment of $5001.25, seconded by Kari. Motion carried, resolution passed.
New business
Cyndie brought up the possibility of changing the location of water board meetings to the East Missoula fire hall. We would be able to use the billboard to advertise our meetings and catch neighborhood traffic on the way home from work on the day of the meetings. The signs would be changed for us and it would give us a better way to publicize the meetings. The reader board would be a safer place to notify users about the meeting than posting on the well house.
Barb made a motion to relocate meetings to the East Missoula fire hall for a donation of $300 per year to be paid in Dec 2017. Motion seconded by Paula, motion carried.
A motion was made by Kari to pass a resolution to pay the church $200 for use of space for 2016, Barb seconded, motion passed.
