POLICY STATEMENT
It is the policy of the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District (SMWSD) that all items billed by the district be due 30 days after issuance.
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to simplify district procedures so that all items billed by the district will have the same terms and aging periods.
Current procedures result in late fees and finance charges being due immediately, resulting in confusion and incorrect handling of payments processed.
General guidelines
