A resolution Adopting a policy for billing terms
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and
WHEREAS, the District will, from time to time, issue bills, assess late charges, and finance charges; and
WHEREAS, current procedures result in differing handling of the billing terms between bills, late charges, and finance charges; and
WHEREAS, the District wishes to simplify its procedures to reduce administrative costs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District adopt the Billing Terms policy as defined in that document dated September 5th, 2013.
