Board Meeting at Bonner School

Roll Call:

• Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Mike Huber approved

the minutes, Mike Lilley seconded.

Financial Report:

• Mike Lilley read the financial report. Mike Huber moved to accept it and Paula

Niccum seconded.

Public Input:

• There was no public input.

Old Business:

• With assistance from both Cyndie Winchell and Mike Lilley our book keeper for

the association will better understand how to do the job more proficiently.

• Cyndie Winchell produced a letter aimed at being sent to all home owners

regarding back flow devices. This letter will describe the seriousness of the

matter at hand and how a back flow device would best serve everyone in our

association.

New Business:

• We discussed and the board accepted to increase from $50 to $100 the donation

we offer each year for the use of the church. Usage generally occurs when the

school is closed. On the same subject, we discussed the possibility of making a

donation to the school from here on out for the usage of the school library. We

use the school more each year than the church. The board agrees that it is very

convenient having access to each.

• Well house meltdown—apparently our pump-house heater malfunctioned on

New Years Day. Mike Lilley lent the home owners a heater till we replace it to

keep the pipes from freezing. The insulation on the roof will have to be

reinsulated as it was damaged inside.

• Well head security—after the security was breached at a Whitefish Mt water

system by someone we discussed and agreed that we should have a professional

welder weld a locking device to prevent anyone entering our pump heads. The

cost would be around $1,000. Our water tank is very secured and safe from

anyone trying to sabotage our water system.
