A resolution updating the district’s job descriptions
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District has been contracting for a variety of services; and
WHEREAS, the District needs to define and establish the criteria for acceptable performance of those duties; and
WHEREAS, the District had established job descriptions for each position in 2007; and
WHEREAS, the District’s policies require periodic review of said job descriptions; and
WHEREAS, the District has reviewed the job descriptions for the positions of Meter Reader, Bookkeeper/Billing Clerk, and Water Operator.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District adopt the job descriptions dated April 7, 2011 as the official job descriptions for the District, and that those job descriptions should be effective until their re-review, currently scheduled for April, 2015.
