A resolution authorizing payment of meter credit
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and
WHEREAS, the District has received from the Freers a meter transfer agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Freers have no outstanding bills from the district, and are not currently receiving such bills; and
WHEREAS, the District policy is to issue a credit for each meter transfer agreement fully executed of $115; and
WHEREAS, the District wishes to compensate the Freers in accordance with both its rules and common sense.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize a single, one-time payment of $115 to the Freers.
