A resolution approving A CONTRACT WITH the department of natural resources and conservation renewable resource grant and loan program (dnrc/rrgl)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District has been awarded grant funding from two state agencies; and
WHEREAS, in order to receive the grant funding awarded, the District must meet DNRC/RRGL requirements; and
WHEREAS, a variety of documentation is required to meet DNRC/RRGL requirements; and
WHEREAS, in particular, that documentation includes signing a contract with DNRC/RRGL.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District approves entering a contract with DNRC/RRGL, and authorizes the board to submit any and all documentation required to meet DNRC/RRGL requirements.
