A resolution authorizing signing a contract with our water operator
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District has been utilizing the services of Brian Hensel as our water operator; and
WHEREAS, the District has been doing so under the terms of his agreement with the Homeowners Association; and
WHEREAS, the District feels it important to formalize the terms of Brian’s contract; and
WHEREAS, the District is extremely happy with Brian’s performance and conduct as our water operator, and wishes the relationship to continue.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District enter into a contract with Brian Hensel to fulfill the duties of water operator for the District.
