A resolution authorizing a bonus for josie parrish
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District has been in the process of retaining a new meter reader and billing clerk; and
WHEREAS, the District took over two months to acquire the services of a replacement for Josie Parrish after she formally gave notice; and
WHEREAS, Josie has continued to fill the position with the District throughout this period; and
WHEREAS, the District wants to show its gratitude to Josie for her patience and professionalism in this matter.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize a one-time bonus to be paid to Josie Parrish in the amount of __________________________, in gratitude for all of her hard work and efforts on our behalf.
